Earlier this week, I was contacted by Sofi from a Canadian footwear brand called Alice + Whittles. Sofi and her partner have been in business since 2013 and have seen some great success with their brand: distribution in Holt Renfrew, Gravity Pope and Umi Boshi to name a few.

A few days ago, we received an email notice from Take Five Trading that they will be merging with Supra Distribution. The email states that they “are confident that together Supra and Take Five (will) create one of the strongest distribution companies in our industry. As a team, Supra and Take Five will strive to provide great product and outstanding customer service.”
Although the email doesn’t mention any brands specifically, it sounds like the Take Five brands are moving over to the new Supra company and Take Five will operate as a sales agency with focus on “premier lifestyle brands.”
