- manage customer requests for information/concerns via email + phone
- wholesale invoicing
- collecting payments, processing credit cards
- posting paid receivables in timely manner
- management of order fulfilment process and assist with pick+packing when needed
- assist in showroom setup + merchandising
- data entry - vendor POs and customer POs
- submit POs through various B2B sites
- knowledge of shopify + amazon platforms an asset
- posting online transactions via our SRP system
- update - images, date + copy for new products on B2C channels
- support online team with shopify+amazon straegies as needed
