Shop Eat Surf just posted a press release that Holden, POW Gloves & Spacecraft have been sold.
For those keeping score, Holden was Aquired by the POW & Spacecraft parent company, POW inc in 2013. According to the press release, the brands have been split up and sold to three separate buyers.

Volcom, part of Kering’s Sport & Lifestyle activities, announced today that it has sold the Electric brand via a management buyout (MBO) to a group led by Eric Crane, Electric’s Chief Executive Officer.

According to CTV, Danier Leather has begun to liquidate all of their inventory and store fixtures as they prepare to close all stores.
The company began insolvency proceedings last month, saying at the time that it hoped to find a buyer. But that apparently hasn't happened as all 76 stores of the chain across Canada are set to close in the coming days and weeks.

Our friends at livestock have opened a new store in Toronto at 406 Roncesvalles. The store, which also features a “pop down” space, features original wood floors and brick wallls with updates lighting and build outs. The store also features a modular racking system with incorporated power, allowing any of the apparel or footwear racks to be moved throughout the store.
