Online Registration for the Fall / Winter 2016 KNOWSHOW is now open. Access to the advance registration form will be open until Friday January 15th, 2015 at 5:00pm (PT). After that, attendees can register in person upon arrival to the show by providing a business card (or other credentials) from their company, along with ID.

Little Burgundy Sold to Journeys Parent Company

CTV News is reporting that the Aldo Group has sold the Little Burgundy business to Genesco Inc - The parent company of Journeys. Little Burgundy has 37 stores that will give Genesco a broader customer base in Canada. It is unclear if the purchasing and fulfillment for Little Burgundy will remain in Canada or fold into the same business model as Journeys in Canada. Stay tuned, developing....

American Apparel Files for Chapter 11

American Apparel filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday after its made-in-the-U.S. model faltered, its fashion sense slipped and its controversial former CEO became embroiled in scandal over his behavior in the workplace.
The embattled retailer said it has already reached agreements with creditors representing 95% of its secured debts to execute a restructuring plan. The deal, which would require a court's approval, will allow the company to stay in business, American Apparel said in a statement.
